Lakeside Buddha Sangha meets every Sunday evening from 7
p.m. until 9:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church in Evanston,
Illinois. The church is located near the corner of Hinman and Lake
Streets.

The doors are open at 6:50 p.m.
Formal
meditation begins promptly at 7:15 p.m. Participants are encouraged to
arrive on time because of a building alarm system that goes into effect
once the doors are shut.
Parking is available on the street.
Participants
should enter, using the blue door, on the south side of the building.
This leads to the basement, which is handicap-accessible.

From Dempster, walk east one block on Dempster to Chicago Avenue
Walk left (north) on Chicago Avenue 2 blocks to Lake Street
Turn right (east) at Lake Street and walk 1 block to Hinman.
Lakeside is closed on special occasions, such as days of mindfulness and regional retreats.
Meditation Instruction for Beginners
Anyone unfamiliar with meditation is welcome to arrive early (by 6:50 p.m.) for individual instruction.
Weekly Donations
A suggested minimum donation of $5.00 per session is requested to help Lakeside pay for its rent.
