The report analyzed eight vendors, with Lakeside cited as \u201ca partner of choice for many leading managed service providers.\u201d The report also recognized Lakeside\u2019s expanding ecosystem which includes partners outside of IT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The report evaluated and scored the most significant end-user experience management (EUEM) providers, including Lakeside\u2019s SysTrack, using 34 criteria. Lakeside scored the highest possible marks in nine of the \u201cCurrent Offering\u201d (the strength of each company\u2019s current offering) criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Agent footprint<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Collection frequency, reporting and storage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Data querying<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Third-party integration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deployment templates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Client OS support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Virtualization support<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Root cause analysis (RCA)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software Asset Management<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Lakeside also earned the highest rating possible in four \u201cStrategy\u201d criteria:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Roadmap<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Partner ecosystem<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Adoption<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting services and offerings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Strong references from the customer community supported the evaluation findings.
